Plus, it traps rising steam for moist meat without basting. The 22-quart electric roaster pan is non-stick and easy to clean with an enamel finish. Use the stainless steel rack to easily lift heavy meats for cutting and serving. Electric roaster ovens are more efficient, so you can ‘slow’ roast even faster. Adjust the heat from 150° to 450°F with handy settings to defrost and keep warm.
